Dignus Muneris was founded by Jim Tunstall — a business leader, strategist and social economist with over thirty years of CEO-level experience across scaling, transformation, capital access and exit. The firm's name — Latin for Worthy to Serve — reflects a commitment to client outcomes that goes well beyond advice.

Jim leads a specialist team of associates whose expertise spans intellectual property strategy and commercialisation, investment structuring, financial analysis, and go-to-market execution. Together, the team covers the full journey from strategic clarity to capital access — in an integrated model that most advisory firms cannot replicate from a single relationship.
